We first met the Holloway family in book one of this series, 'Yard Sale'. Lou Jean Bailey gave up her law practice to buy Ternberry Bed and Breakfast. It was originally owned by the Franklin family. We journey along with Lou Jean and Anna through trials, troubles and happy times to the final yard sale. We are there as she faces a tornado, and the illness, and eventual death, of Earl. Anna must decide to either stay on the farm or leave. Her children and grandchildren moved away and she questions whether there is any reason to stay. Both daughters want her to move in with them. How can she make both happy? What would Earl want her to do? Once again, we find the lace tablecloth prominent in the story. The cloth has a story of its own.

This book is heartwarming and sure to stir the emotions of the reader. It is beautifully written and will prompt the reader to examine their own family life. The characters quickly drew me into the plot. I suggest you keep a box of tissues close at hand. I do suggest you read these books in order. The third book is The Chester County Boys. This series is one you won’t want to miss.
