Sacred Consciousness: Healing through Mindfulness is a work of non-fiction in the self-help genre. It is suitable for the adult reading audience and was penned by Dr Michael Tirant. The work presents a collection of mindfulness techniques to help readers expand their consciousness and fight against the fear-based mindset that dictates their decision-making processes. Written to provide holistic support to people who need it and guiding readers to control their future better, the book aims to empower people through meditation and other traditional forms of mindfulness and personal enrichment.

Sacred Consciousness: Healing through Mindfulness focuses on helping the reader develop their self-awareness to heal both mind and body. One of the things that I especially enjoyed about this guide is how Tirant connects his own experiences with what he is teaching and gives practical examples of using the methods discussed in the book. Author Michael Tirant has delivered a guide that inspires hope, encourages us to move forward, and advises how best to help those around us do this when struggling. I found the book to be accessible, practical, and felt the message was honest and inspiring. The work was also extremely well organized to make it easy to understand and reference specific sections. This book is an empowering guide on how each of us can survive and thrive in the face of adversity, and everything Tirant discussed was backed by evidence or his own experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Sacred Consciousness to those wishing to develop their understanding of themselves and how they connect with the world around them.
