Sometime Angel Full Time Devil is a work of fiction in the action genre. It is aimed at the mature reading audience and was penned by Jerry Baggett. The book follows a marine captain named Dammit McGowin as he falls in love with heiress Robbi Goodrich. Robbi is at a turning point in her life where her goals as a doctor have had to be set aside after her grandfather's death, but when she is kidnapped and her cousins murdered, Dammit must put his skills to use to find her and rescue her from certain death.

The action and intrigue of this book are serviced beautifully by Jerry Baggett’s incredible eye for fast pacing and gorgeous descriptive prose. Not letting an ounce of the beautiful Californian backdrop go to waste in this mile-a-minute adventure, I found myself as sunk into the setting as I was in Dammit’s dangerous quest to rescue Robbi and uncover the true nature of the threats that faced them. Dammit is a fantastic and memorable leading man with charisma and confidence as well as the skills to back that up, and the more he stood fast and refused to bow against the threats ahead of him, the more I found myself rooting for his success. Sometime Angel Full Time Devil does an incredible job of blending romantic dynamics, breakneck action, and exciting thrills as it takes readers on a rollercoaster of an adventure that they will never forget. I recommend this book to all readers, but in particular to fans of action-adventure stories with as much heart as they have adrenaline.

Sometime Angel Full Time Devil is an action-packed crime drama novel written by Jerry Baggett. Marine Captain Dammit McGowin's trip to a bar alongside his brother, Lieutenant-Commander Dick McGowin, proves fortuitous when he meets Robbi Goodrich, heiress to a real estate fortune. Feeling an instant mutual attraction, Dammit and Robbi soon begin a burgeoning relationship. However, the shocking murder of Robbi's friend Tori Britner, a private investigator, embroils them in a sinister conspiracy that none of them could foresee. Now, two of Robbi's cousins are dead, and soon Robbi herself is kidnapped. A deadly organization seems to be involved with the kidnappings and the murders. Alongside the DEA, FBI, and the local authorities, Dammit must undertake a dangerous mission to rescue Robbi and blow the lid off the entire operation.

Fast-paced and packed with action, romance, and plenty of thrills, Sometime Angel Full Time Devil is a wild rollercoaster of a ride you don't want to put down. With an intricate plot full of surprises, author Jerry Baggett's absorbing crime romance thriller pulls you in and keeps you glued to the pages from start to finish. The characters have distinct traits and personalities that keep you hooked to their arcs. Robbi and Dammit's relationship and feelings for each other seem genuine, and you find yourself actively rooting for them. The dialogue felt crisp and concise. Sometime Angel Full Time Devil is an action-packed thriller filled with twists, turns, and surprises. Jerry Baggett does a fantastic job of describing the scenes, locations, and variety of characters. The story is smooth flowing and contains many surprises about Robin, her past, and her family. I especially enjoyed the investigation by sleuths Dammit and Robin while their own relationship grows and develops. The plot is intriguing and keeps the reader guessing as to the many reasons for the attempts on Robin’s life. The story is suspenseful and well written – a real page-turner. All-round, a great novel highly recommended to all adults.
