Have you ever thought about telling parts of your life’s story in, maybe short stories? Well, this is just what author Bea Gold does in her book “Tell Me A Story.” Bea’s vision was to create a beautiful coffee table book with her stories. And she did just that. With Bea being an artist as well as a writer, she both writes and illustrates this book. Bea writes stories of her young life growing up. She writes about family such as her grandpa and her ‘old aunts’ and the relationship they had with her family. She tells of her dentist and her first puppy. You will laugh with Bea as she tells the jokes her family shared and of her father, the practical joker in the family. There are so many stories to read that you will find yourself enjoying the journey with Bea as she tells them.

"Tell Me A Story" is beautiful inside and out. The illustrations are fantastic, with a real vintage look to them. And each piece of art goes with the story the author is telling. The colors blend together well and will go with any décor. Her unique style of art is different from any I have seen, but I love her work and will enjoy it for many years to come. I just can’t say enough about the beauty of this book. It is sure to find a spot on my coffee table at home. What a wonderful conversation piece for someone to eye the unique paintings and read a story or two as they visit. We will surely enjoy the life of Bea Gold in our home for a good long while.

I highly recommend that you go out and purchase a copy of “Tell Me A Story” by Bea Gold and find that special place in your home to keep it.
