The Green House With White Trim:
Cheyenne Wheeler had a plan. She would sell the old farmhouse and property, go to college to get a degree in journalism, and buy the little green house with white trim. Keith Brennan ran out of gas and he found his way to the old farmhouse. He was determined to talk her into selling the property. She readily agrees, even though it had been in her family for generations. The sale allows her to purchase the green house and go to college. She began having strange visions. Was it ESP? What did the walls of her home hide. She approaches the former owners for answers to her growing list of questions. Her feelings for Keith grow stronger, however, they can not marry. Franklin Jenkins comes into the picture and she began to wonder if he is the man who will be her 'forever' love.

But It’s Just An Old House:
Millie couldn’t understand why her family lived so meagerly. They had electricity but only used it for the refrigerator. Her mother explained to the 19 year old that all the money they saved went to pay her father’s medical bills. He didn’t want them to be in debt so that had to live frugally.

There was an old house down the road that fascinated Millie. Her mother swore it had been empty for years but Millie knew in her heart that someone had been living there. Against her mother’s orders she went into the old house. It was beautiful inside. The old man she’d seen before appeared before her and told her to take the deed to her parents. For the land and house belonged to them.

The land belonged to Millie’s great grandfather. Eventually the family moved into the house and became financially stable again.

This book contains two short stories. Both are very sweet. The first is a book of fantasy with drama and romance as an added touch. The second is more feel good fantasy. This book was a pleasant read.
