Andrew Morgan, who lost his family in a plane crash, is angry at God and sets his faith on Robert Quetzal and this ancient Mayan Apocalypse claim. Quetzal presents a way to be saved–for a price. Lisa Campbell is a seasoned journalist for an on-line newspaper. She’s not so sure if Robert Quetzal is legit.

Mark and Alton up the ante with abductions, murder, and romantic tension between Andrew and Lisa, but one thing keeps them apart. The surveillance of Andrew and Quetzal are ongoing by teams from both sides, and leads both to be suspicious of one another, increasing the suspense. The attacks brought out human empathy, adding another layer to the plot.

With a new asteroid, named 2012 GA12, or, the Hammer of God, on a collision course with the earth, Andrew must decide who and what to believe: Quetzal and the Mayan prophecy? Or Biblical truths? Is the Bible clear enough for him to believe, or just as mystical as the Mayan Apocalypse prophecy?

This book lays out some of the foundational material from Mark’s book, 2012, the Bible and the End of the World, making this an interesting read. Now that my interest is piqued, I will have to read that one, too!

Everyone has faith in Someone or something. Which is it for you?
