Torn Between Two Worlds by Shawn T Murphy helps you recognize spiritual ailments and makes you spiritually aware and stronger to tackle them. There has been a drastic increase in mental and physical illnesses, most of which physicians cannot explain. In this book, the author describes how spirits, past life traumas, and sins can affect our health and lists the rules that govern these spirits. Phobias, depression, anxiety, attention deficit, and schizophrenia are some disorders discussed. He further provides methods to heal or protect yourself from these ailments. These include water crystals, meditation, and prayers. The author also gives helpful tips on how parents can encourage gifted children. Finally, he discusses judgment, reincarnation, spiritual ancestry, and many more topics.
Torn Between Two Worlds requires an open mind. Shawn T Murphy does a good job of explaining the spiritual world and how it affects our physical world. The book is well-researched, which shows the author's passion for this subject. I applaud how he expressed himself and presented the information. Everything was organized, well-written, and clear. He uses simple terms and familiar examples. The author has included interesting case studies such as the man shot near his birthmark and similar stories to show how spirits or past life traumas can manifest in a person's life. The book has images that correspond perfectly with the text and give visuals of what the author is explaining. I recommend this book to anyone who wishes to understand how the spiritual world influences our physical lives.
