True Freedom: How To Heal Your Anxiety by Amanda Rex is a handy guide for those who experience anxiety in their lives. The book is simple and the tips, advice, and practical suggestions shared by the author can be practiced to live a more satisfying life. The author shares her personal experiences through the book, and tells readers how she conquered her anxiety disorder and now experiences more joy in her life. The world will definitely be a better place if one can give without holding back. Escapism is not the solution to any problem and the author guides readers on how to face problems rather than run away from them.

The book is an excellent tool for those readers who want to change their lives for the better, and look at everything around them in a more positive manner. All the stories and experiences are relatable and the author covers the topic extensively and expansively. The book can be used by therapists and counselors for their healing sessions with patients. The techniques and suggestions are very helpful and can be put into practice effectively by readers - a noticeable change in one's life is guaranteed.

The importance of compassion has been highlighted by the author. Her sense of humor lightens the contents of the book and makes it a easy and uplifting read. I enjoyed the book for its originality.
