Sometimes it is difficult to understand the challenges life brings, and that is why Sondra Busby wrote this book, Understanding Life and Its Challenges. Between the pages of this book you will find countless stories that will show the true essence of this statement, and you will better understand that you are not alone with your struggles, that God is there to help you, every step of the way. This is a short book with 109 pages and 10 chapters and can be read in a few hours. Some of the chapters are: How Much is Your Life Worth; God is Still in Control; What Do You and Society Think of You; Making Choices; and Why Worry?

If you need encouragement and support on the challenges life hits you with, I encourage you to pick up a copy of Sondra Busby’s book and read it many times. As I read this book, I was blessed over and over with each person’s story as they told of their difficult situations, and how they overcame them through trusting in the Lord. I love that Ms. Busby uses real stories to bring each situation to life, giving readers a more real and vivid understanding of what she is teaching. The old saying ‘We learn from each other’ is surely evident through each story here. And I appreciate Sondra giving God the Glory and showing each of us that He is always with us, no matter what comes our way. That is something we can never get tired of hearing.
