Our earthly creations are unbelievably beautiful with unique colors and vividness. Have you ever wondered which of these creations is most important? Did God create one thing, animal, or person to be better or to be loved more than another? Patchwork or Patchie, has been wondering these very things all day and asks her friend School Bus Butterfly for help to better understand who or what is more important to God in Winged Wisdom by F. Jay. Winged Wisdom is a beautifully written children’s picture book with stunning drawings by Tamera Walker. Children are naturally curious and ask a lot of questions. As adults, we often don’t know how to explain an answer in a way that a child can understand. Children naturally respond well by drawing pictures or looking at pictures, especially those with a lot of color and excitement.

F. Jay has taken one of the most popular questions believers in God ask and created a simple, truthful answer to make it easier for children to understand and relate to, using fun characters and colorful illustrations. A young reader or listener will find this book engaging as they look at the majestic pictures and follow the easily read words. This book is a must-have resource for Christian parents, guardians, and educators. As part of my reviewing process, I read it to my five-year-old daughter. She responded with much joy and a complete understanding of the context, enjoying a book talking about God, and relating to the school bus butterfly as she is now in kindergarten. Winged Wisdom is parent and child-approved.
