This book gives you the heartfelt insight through all the feelings & emotions Missy experienced in her journey of her husbands death by suicide. It truly helped me understand the heartache & anger someone experiences & helpful ways in moving forward a step at a time. Everyone’s journey looks different & experience different emotions at different times and through reading this book I was able to understand more clearly what is helpful in walking through this journey with someone and what things may hinder someone in moving forward. Sadly I have experienced two close friends deaths by suicide a few years ago and this book and the way Missy expresses her feelings was so helpful to me in dealing with my emotions & knowing how to be there for others. Missy is a woman of strength & courage & I know this book will be helpful to many going through the same journey and seeing the pain & hurt that is left behind but also the strength in moving forward & healing a day at a time.
