Following your instincts and relying on alternative health methods can change your life. Sara Verrall knows this. She's a woman with a strong interest in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. When she discovered a 4.2cm by 1.5cm lump of tissue in her left breast, it was hard for her to assimilate it at first. Doctors recommended treatments and tests that she considered harmful. So Sara stayed true to her principles and decided to research and use natural methods to heal herself. No Chemo, No Radio... No Knife is her inspiring story. Sara describes how she combined a series of treatments, including meditation and spiritual and emotional healing sessions. With the support of her friends and trusted people, she was encouraged to make decisions about her body and learned to trust herself more without giving in to peer pressure.

No Chemo, No Radio... No Knife is a positive book. It highlights the benefits of improving nutrition and self-care. I liked Sara Verrall's anecdotes because they are not only about difficult times. She also includes fascinating experiences, such as attending social events or riding in a hot air balloon. In addition, her narrative is sincere and emotional. Sara clearly expresses her joys, moments of doubt, and stress. Her courage to try new things is admirable. She explains how she balanced her health and time with others. Sara learned about self-care and self-healing and now shares her ideas and advice with us. No Chemo, No Radio... No Knife invites us to listen to our hearts and persevere in the face of adversity.
