The book is bright and colorful and it will capture the attention of any young reader with its colorful depictions. The book is just not about Jack's adventures, but also about safeguarding your home and protecting the animals living in the backyard from outside creatures. The villains in the story - the raccoon, the Ninja cat, and the skunk - are also adorable. Jack plays a super hero while trying to protect a mama robin's eggs on the tree.
