"You're So Lucky!" is a simple self help book that explains the eight ways of how to feel lucky with our lives. It is divided into eight short chapters and consists of eight simple lessons on how to live your life by simply feeling lucky. The first two chapters say that lucky people live life driven by purpose and think creatively. Succeeding chapters show lucky people choosing their beliefs, being guided by values, managing their emotions, and recognizing the so called synchronicity sign posts. The last two topics are creating networks and being grateful for the good luck you receive everyday.
Jesvir Kaur Mahil's "You’re So Lucky!" is an easy to read and inspiring book. For people who feel frustrated at one time or another, just as all of us tend to do, this is a must read. The lessons are said to be tried and tested on personal development technology as well as coaching principles. It uses stories and questions, and is designed to lead to to self reflection. The book can be used as a guide on the state of our emotional and psychological condition too. One of the keys to feeling lucky is to be receptive to luck as something that can happen to us everyday. By doing so, we can create our destinies and shape our lives in such a way that we can achieve whatever it is that our heart desires. The lessons in this book can certainly be helpful to us as we struggle in our daily lives.
