The book is divided into five sections, each containing multiple chapters. Some examples of content include eating right and defying age with diet, training your brain to think toward longevity, staying active, and living on purpose. At slightly over 200 pages, there is an abundance of material and examples offered by Warihay that will benefit the reader who wants to stop the aging process and live well.
