Judith Jones Togher shares her deep love for her daughter in I Am Here: Postcards from My Daughter in Spirit. It is a highly emotional story. It made me cry. I Am Here starts with Judith Togher’s daughter, Suzanne, living in her physical body. Due to her illness, Suzanne passed over to the spirit world. Judith Togher was then able to communicate with Suzanne in spirit and this is the main part of the book. I Am Here is therefore also a highly spiritual story. The messages received by Judith Togher from Suzanne in spirit are deep and profound and full of love. I found it easy to relate to the messages since I too have had many spiritual experiences.

It’s obviously not easy to experience the passing of a beloved daughter. Judith Togher is therefore very brave in sharing her grieving experience in I Am Here. The motive for Judith Togher in writing the book is also commendable as she endeavors to help other grieving parents. I Am Here is very well written and Judith Togher conveys her spiritual experiences clearly. I particularly liked the chapter “Interesting Things” in which Judith Togher shares how spirits communicate with humans, including the use of flowers, music, and electronic devices. Spirits also use dreams, mediums, and automatic writing to communicate with humans, and in I Am Here, Judith Togher has devoted three chapters on these topics. Isn’t it comforting to know that when our loved ones pass over, it’s not the end of them. They not only thrive on another plane of existence but can also be with us and communicate with us. This is the message in I Am Here – a highly recommended read!
