The Positivity Journal by Karen McDermott is something everyone should have on hand. Finding positivity and capturing the good moments in our lives is not something we do naturally. When things go wrong we dwell on them, become anxious, and it's difficult to forget. Someone told me years ago to write down the positive experiences and it will ensure you capture that feeling and remember it through the tough times. This is so very true, and author McDermott has certainly taken this advice and created a worthwhile journal for anyone to use, whether it is daily, weekly or sporadically.

What is meaningful about this journal is that it gives you no restrictions; you write how you feel, capture the positive moment, and it's there in black and white for you to keep and hold - hopefully a reminder when you need it. There is no requirement to write a daily entry, it’s an open journal with the flexibility to use it as you need it. The author has also included a myriad of insightful and helpful quotes in each section; each giving the user a gentle message about the importance of positivity and leading a positive life. I’m sure this journal will come in very handy for both young and old; it is something that can be kept as a personal journal or even used in a team or family setting. Finding Positivity is a great concept that will certainly become a pragmatic resource for those who purchase this journal.
